Passionate About Inspiring Others

Kelly's professional career began as a Police Officer.  At the tender age of 19, her ability to independently investigate and collate evidence was honed and proven.  Her ability to tactically scrutinise and interview are skills utilised for the benefit of her Clients to this day.

Kelly took a break from policing to circumnavigate the globe in her early 20's.  Having travelled off the beaten track, including many months spent with indigenous people in Fiji and New Zealand, Kelly returned to the UK with an overwhelming sense of self awareness and gratitude.

Reluctant to return to policing, Kelly was offered a short-term position within specialist recruitment, immediately upon her return.  Her impact was such, she was promoted within weeks and head-hunted by a leading global recruitment group some 8 months later.  She was awarded Runner-Up Employee of the Year for that group within just 6 months of her employment.

In short, Kelly was good.  So good in fact, she is still considered one of the best in business.

Kelly's career continued to flourish, holding various senior positions within specialist recruitment groups before accepting a strategic HR role in industry.  A position Kelly credits for her in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Marketing, On-Boarding, Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, Flexible Benefits, Competency Frameworks and HRM legislation.

Driven by unshakeable integrity and the need to raise recruitment standards, Kelly established her first niche search firm in 2006.  Her second, an ethical PAYE payroll company followed in 2013.  The Adept group lead Best Practice and over a ten year period, perfected their ability to attract, recruit, engage and retain key skills across all professional and technical disciplines.

A serial entrepreneur and Mum to three boys, Kelly is extremely passionate about raising aspirations and inspiring others.
